Its a free to play game.
50% doesn’t understand basic game mechanics.
25% just play for fun, they do whatever they feel like.
15% are just plain bad at the game.
10% that builds rallies and holds objectives. That 10% is us and we hate the rest 90% so we tend to play together. Even solo veterans usually favour playing factions and BRs that have more veterans.
I have been playing Chivalry II it was free on Epic games a few days back. Its a super fun game same as Mordhau but it was free :). I actually ended up spending 1.50$ for the King edition upgrade with 4 sets of arms shields and weapons. The 1000gold 5000silver was worth it as well because it was one of the battle passes and enough to buy two of them if done correctly. The game is fun once you get a little better (32x32 player is total chaos). It has some sweet armor skins but is a very shallow game compared to Enlisted. So I play both!
You’re a good guy, FG-42. Now you’re finally getting it.
It is indeed annoying having to babysit teammates. Valkay’s explanation said it best. A portion of Enlisted’s playerbase is so casual that they don’t even care about winning or have no concept of teamplay. All they care about is just sitting in a corner and waiting for easy kills to appear on their sights. Some of them are even already playing BR V and they’re still figuring out the game.
Personally, I like winning in this game. I’m not asking for elite teammates just people who cap the point when it’s time to push, mark or flank the tank that’s causing our team havoc. And build one rally. That’s all I’m asking.
I got tired of terrible players, terrible maps, terrible game modes, so I switched to playing my own custom matches. So now, my maps are good, my game modes are good and I don’t have to deal with terrible team mates. “HOWEVER”, my bots are every bit as stupid and worthless as they were in the general game mode, so I still end up pissed off.
Don’t be sad, my friend.
All of these are the developers’ mistakes.
The developers themselves have also admitted that it was their mistake.
The developers have also made a commitment.
The developers understand that it is all because the developers did not provide sufficient guidance on the correct scoring.
Victory brings no benefits. Instead, it leads to flying planes in the sky and getting a higher score.
Just multiply the rewards obtained by occupying the position, which were previously promised, by 3.
The rewards obtained by killing within the base are doubled.
This would encourage a large number of players to enter the base area.
Even just lying on the ground and watching can yield three times the return.
The gaming environment has long become a stagnant backwater. Obviously, the players who spend 20 minutes sniping 10 opponents stay, while those who play the game normally may leave for good. This is the result of the game’s long-term player filtering.
