Select fires needed nerfing across the board. Sure there should be some consideration of nerfing gorov or removing the change on federov 25 and akt. And the type hei needs a compensatory nerf to mag size (once body armor is removed). But this has been the first time in a year br 5 actually looks good. The default weapon should not be the meta if you want interesting and varied gameplay.

But I will say I also tested the Scotti naval on test servers and it’s still a laser in auto. Especially compared to federov now

What kind of selective nerf method is this? What we sell isn’t nerfed. What we sell, we can nerf because we have the money? Isn’t that hypocritical?

They nerfed the Krieghov FG, they nerfed the Fedorov assault rifle, they didn’t nerf the Fedorov machine gun, they didn’t nerf the Gorov.

Guns with lower recoil values are less affected, since recoil control affects how much the barrel returns to original position per shot. So this is creating an imbalance favouring the type hei auto and the likes.

There just two things I particularly have a problem with:

  1. the fg 42 1 is already in such a sorry state, and you will slap a 50% recoil control on it? That’s going to make it abominable to use. Not to mention plenty of other guns with high recoil value, especially the t20 or Fedorov 25

  2. the fedorov avtomat receives the nerf: why? For a gun that was outclassed the second the type hei was introduced, now it seemed like a perfect opportunity to give the feddy back some of it’s due; but why give it the same nerf? For a weapon which is weaker than the type hei auto in every relevant way, and limited to assaulters, it should at least retain its handling to retain its relevance.

Judging by your posts, you’re still mostly hanging out at BR 2-3 anyway. You don’t even have any of that donated or rare select-fire stuff they just nerfed.

So why are you even here? I genuinely don’t get what your complaints are about.

I’m not the one making threads crying about tank or plane nerfs, am I?

Once again, it just proves the same thing: people who can’t handle auto rifles “suffer” from them, beg for nerfs, and then they’re perfectly happy when it happens.

And I’m here cuz now I’ll play br 5 cuz my issue with it was fixed.

Remember you asked to improve the FG42’s recoil? Oh, my friend, I visited the test server and saw what a nightmare the FG42 is for the Suomi squad. But they didn’t nerf the Gorov machine gun; it has the same recoil as the old rifle.

This has been happening forever with the fg 42 1 (fg 42 grenade launcher, ahem). It came for him, now it’s coming for all of US!!
