Hello to everyone.
I have been very aware of the remaining time of the BP, since that meant the new update, yesterday there were 7 days left if I’m not mistaken until the end of the BP, however today I look again just in case… And they have extended the BP by 6 days, so there will be no update until 13 days (at least).

Wasnt BP supposed to be disconnected with content update???

If you think about it, due to massive UI changes it makes sense to do both at once, but risk of more things going wrong in big bang is there!
I am glad they made this decision, or at least fix the outstanding major bugs, then update BP…

It generally has been for some time, but I think because of the new currency system in the major update, they cant release the new battle pass until the update is ready.
It works for me though, I have been behind because of moving, wedding planning, testing, etc.

Imo they can simply extend or repeat this battlepass season for another months and take more time, no one ask for a rushed update

Probably because the new BP will include the WT silver currency.

If I remember correctly, it rarely happen after they said battle pass will not be tied to major update.

Best thing they could do is cancel the BR update
If they want to introduce a side game mode with tiers, fine
but ruining the core of the game is a bad idea
to think this will be the last time we can enjoy enlisted until it gets broken down into ridiculous tiers is like looking back at fond memories of people who died and are no longer with us, that is not the feeling one should be having about an incoming update, yet that is how it feels
Realism got seriously hurt by devs introducing various weapons that did not fit the time period anyway (like, panzer 4 F2s, MG42 earlys, MkBs and Fedorovs in Moscow). I have to state that this division into campaigns was sadly tainted by this, and therefore, the BR rating system may be a better option.
After all, it gets really tiresome to unlock the same weapon 5 times over.
I think we’ll see bugs and hiccups at first. Further improvements should at least make it bearable afterwards.
Whilst I understand that view point
I actually enjoyed having a new campaign to look forward to starting again, especially the new maps and new theatre of war
it gave me a sense that there was more to accomplish and more game to keep playing
now the game will feel largely clocked and not much left to do but move onto another game
which means this was not the right move for the game for my future experience in it and longevity
but I am just one individual that really despises the warthunder and crossout models, really despise that trash
what really worked for me in Enlisted, was that it wasn’t like that. So this was the worst thing that could have happened
Maybe I could agree with this viewpoint when the player starts from the late war campaign and goes to the mid or even early war (we don’t have these yet, but perhaps some day) campaigns.
In my case, it just feels rather artificial and… a bit disingenious too - as a veteran of Moscow campaigns, it was really off-putting to me that I have to grind through the same stuff again. It would’ve been better if I had access to the old gear already, and I just had to unlock the specific stuff here.
Of course, it kind of goes against the grind philosophy, so… They probably could’ve made it that the player just unlocked the same stuff faster, while the new ones are unlocked at a default speed. But anyway, the decision is probably already made.
