Here is a rant over one of my main frustrations of this game and that being new players who played pre merge not playing in the BR they belong in.
Average problem right? Yes.
However, the soviets are by far the biggest perpetrator of this heinous crime.
This is a VERY PREVALENT console issue so if you’re not one i don’t expect you to get this or find it entertaining.
But for any player specifically ones who play BRV germans or for whatever reason subject yourself to the hell that is BRV soviets you’ll notice that half your team is a no nickname decorator scrub who is only in your BRV game because of his t-34-85 which they REFUSE to remove.
I’ve even asked and suggested people obviously out of their class to do such but it won’t help.
The only way to fix this problem (which is fixing BRV soviets) is to remove this squad and you’ll INSTANTLY see an improvement in BRV soviet console games as these scrubs won’t be backmap sniping with their mosins.
You ever play against soviets and wonder why you see so many mosins? Yes the usual people not having fully equipped lineups except they don’t have a lineup… they have one tank and the starter squads which after their tank gets killed they lay on the ground for 10 minutes until they get killed
Why is this a problem? They are just bad players not playing the objective… exactly.
Because of that they are now incentivized to play passively as their guns don’t match mine and in return make the games last longer when they shouldn’t… i would like to get the games i have with these people over ASAP (which mind you, i just leave now)
You (being the developer and whoever forwarded the suggestion) created the same problem with the BF-110-G2 making it BRIV and then introducing XA-38 to BR3… thanks!
It’s funny you know because i was given the argument that the amount of people that have the vehicle is not relevant when its armament is BRIV worthy… haha well i would apply same logic to XA38.
you cant just steal content from a player because they are stupid and want to use a squad they dont have the lineup to support. what about people who use them in a br appropriate line up. if you could just ban toxic gear and squads i would have shadow banned the tiger 2 long ago.
Well literally they cannot do it and i know it’ll never happen which is why i went from suggesting it to be removed to just a rant but Why not? It is now a BRIV vehicle that was given out to you for free basically at the start of a campaign… that’s the only reason i could think for not doing it is that you grinded for it.
Me personally i have no mercy for people who want to run 2 tank squads and or would rather have ease of switching lineups than solve an issue that plagues this specific faction.
To me it’s a small price to pay for such a relief.
It’s ridiculous but i’m dead serious… and to anyone that thinks i’m crazy or this isn’t an issue just earlier i watched this dude second to bottom of leaderboard die in T-34-85 and right after spawn in a sniper squad… i bet you if and when i watch that replay he camped out and is a contributing factor as to why we lost (the team sucked though as with all soviets… rather a console issue)
I very much would like to have the players using this be banned from br3 and above
