It doesn’t consider equipment strength, it only cares if it’s in BR 1-2 range.
It doesn’t care if I go with T-60 tank, it will give all the tanks within BR in the battle, and sometimes it crosses to higher BR for some reason, because I think that it merges me with different BR players
That mixed BR only happens when you have less players then the 20 required to play a match. The game expanded its search when your playing BR I - II and you face a BR III so your not waiting for 5+ min in the que.
That makes sense, but I rather wait for balanced battle than get another lose to my account because of that 
I agree, we should have a toggle for those who don’t care to wait. This way we can either play the game how it currently is or wait for a match that’s exclusively within your chosen BR even if your waiting a while.
This can divide the community as some would argue, but it’s going to happen anyway if we implement ±0 BR. So it’s better to lay the ground work until that point.

Why don’t you try playing br2? It’s a bit better… you might meet br3 things sure, but br2 Soviets is already so powerful there’s less of a gap than br1 facing br2.
(Remember you don’t need to create a new account to play low br)

By equipment strength I mean not BR, but calculating weapon/gun/bomb/grenade fire power or damage destruction factor. I know that Stuka is BR2 alright? But matchmaking doesn’t care about ES, only about BR. I hope you got it now
Dude, I’m not chasing stats, I didn’t said I play for stats, but it matters to me the cause of wether I win or lose, because how it feels to you to do your best and you still lose to something unusual

doing cool things is fun but i enjoy a good long back and forth more than i care about who wins in the end. id rather have a challenging fight then both sides lob shots across the map, while one team steam rolls the other even if i am behind the wheel.

Not really because equipment strenght is weird term that appears to be based on subjective terms while BR at least has solid number.
Because in my equipment strenght, the Stuka is one of the worst planes in-game in terms of speed, armor, agility (beyond dive-bombing) and firepower against planes saved for the 20mm variant. Even the 500kg is not that great, I killed way more people with the Stuka B2 back in Moscow than with the R2 since it has more bombs. You can kill all BR1 tanks with 50kg bombs anyways.
But I guess, in your case, any plane is superior to your equipment since your engineer squad most likely did not unlock AA gun yet and you do not have a (fighter) plane squad. Ditch the bike and get Gunner or AT Squad since the should have no issues dealing with BR1-2 planes with their main guns, the buildable HMG and using PTRD/S for good old HnG-style-AAing.

I get that the Stuka sucks in dogfights and has weaknesses. But when I’m BR1 with no AA gun, no fighter plane, and limited anti-air options, a 500kg bomb that deletes everything in a massive radius feels broken.
I’m not saying it’s the best plane overall, I’m saying the matchmaking putting that level of destructive power against players with zero effective counters is frustrating. It’s not about the plane being good, it’s about the power gap being unfair. I’m focusing on raw destructive power.
You can build AA with engineer squad or use planes to shoot down him
