- Yes, I think we need more quick commands.
- No, we already have enough.
The player base of this game is very diverse, and the match pace is extremely fast. There is simply no time to type messages slowly in battle. Therefore, a complete set of quick text and voice commands is essential so that all teammates can understand at a glance.
Currently, the only truly useful quick voice line in the game is the option to request building a spawn point. In actual combat, we still need many more frequently used quick commands:
- Enemy tank inbound!
- Take out that enemy armored strongpoint!
- Air raid incoming! Man anti-air defenses!
- Enemy anti-air gun spotted!
- Sniper nearby!
- Enemy heavy machine gun position!
- Partisans are flanking our rear!
- Our left/right flank is under attack! Fall back and defend!
- Medic needed!
- Watch out for enemy mortar fire!
- Beware of enemy artillery!
- Request artillery support!
- Enemy forces spotted!
- Watch out for flamethrower troops!
15.Enemy air raid incoming, man anti-air defenses immediately!
Compared with War Thunder, its quick report and marker voice lines are divided into six major categories, with at least three options in each category — far more abundant and practical than those in Enlisted.
Currently in the game, barbed wire, anti-tank hedgehogs and sandbags can be marked with red dots and special icons occasionally. Special icons also exist for spies, spawn points, tanks, APCs and heavy machine guns.
As for further suggestions: besides placing a yellow marker by right-clicking on the map, I propose adding a double-click map function to designate a bombardment target location. This would allow radiomen to lock onto the position and call in artillery strikes.
Enlisted’s quick voice system is in urgent need of expansion and optimization.
For example, if you spot a large enemy force approaching the left flank, there is no corresponding quick voice line to inform your teammates. You can only mark a simple red dot with the V key and hope teammates notice it. Moreover, Enlisted lacks the War Thunder feature: double-clicking the map to place a flashing red warning marker.
Overall, Enlisted’s battlefield information transmission system is severely outdated. Players lack efficient ways to quickly report enemy positions and relay battlefield info. Poor communication leaves the team vulnerable to being overrun, just like Soviet forces caught off guard by a blitzkrieg.
Therefore, Enlisted must promptly improve and expand its quick command and voice system.
Sometimes the enemy artillery marker on the map looks exactly the same as our own artillery strike marker. By the time I realize it, I urgently want to warn teammates not to move into that area—it’s enemy bombardment, we’ll all get blown up and hand the enemy fifty free respawns. But there’s no quick way to tell everyone, and I can only watch helplessly as teammates get wiped out.
Right now I’ve only worked out the first step, but I don’t know how to put all these ideas together. I’ve come up with so many points, and I feel every single one of them is really useful.
