As with every game there is a disconnect between players and mechanics - poor mechanics can be made up for by good players and vice versa. The Puma and 75 Sherman are a solid match and any good player is easily able to take out the Sherman with the Puma.
You are not a good player.
If you’re upset that the Puma can’t take any hits from a 75mm gun (which is because the Puma is a reconnaissance vehicle and is armoured only against light arms fire), there is a simple solution. Don’t let yourself get hit. If you expect a Puma to take tank-calibre shells you are disconnected from reality.
Yes, as such, the M4 and Pz3N are pretty balanced against each other.
Meanwhile, they are suggesting the 76mm sherman which will screw up that balance.

75 has the same exact results vs those as the 76, difference is the 76 could fight Panthers and Tigers should they be added

I have not had a single issue penning the PzIVJ in the previous Normandy tests at any range I took a shot at tbh
