What you reffered to “Soviet Bullet”, i would assume that you are talking about the 7.62x25mm here. 7.62x25mm does have more penetration and energy compared to 9x19mm IRL but not the “stopping power” as in, soft tissue damage(which directly affects the damage of the guns in Enlisted, why do you think that 45 ACP deals that much of damage despite having low velocity with low penetration compared to 7.62x25mm? That’s right, great stopping power). Multiple sources i have found so far supports this claim and also multiple other games i’ve played so far also follows this logic. That the 7.62x25mm has more penetration with faster velocity while the damage relatively being lower than the other 9x19 using SMG. And i don’t think that they are just making that stuff up out of thin air. I think they are more believable than some guy on the internet talking about ammunition unless that some guy at least provide some great sources.
