Also if the best engineer award goes to a single soldier, then if you employed 78 engineers and split the workload, his single engineer is the best. 
I know this I wonder only the engineer points in the final score what are they for

almost all of them are for rally points, a 10 will be for construction

Yes. Engineer reward is absolutely nonsensical as it is not rewarding engineers for doing their job…
It is kind of insulting… I recently got “best engineer” for doing almost nothing with engineer (yeah I got couple of kills and died before I could get on position and build anything) while person who got like 60 engineer points was left without a merit…
This is riddiculous.
