If Machine guns did 15.3 damage too than I could see the reason but with 12.3 damage and usually over the top recoil, all kinds of sprint and movement nerfs… No they are nerfed enough as it is.

One there both fed by belts one is mounted on another solder neither is firing while moving. And I bet the one without support has 50 rounds max in use. So how is that better than prone, there mobile but standing is that why you hate it. You want to offer the enemy a larger immobile target.
