T23E2 - A BR 5 MG For Allies

The T23E2 is an experimental LMG developed in the US in 1944. It comes with a high rate of fire, the weapon is equipped with a 100 round magazine.

It would be a great addition to the Allied tree as a counter to the German and Japanese LMGs in BR 5 and a better option in general compared to the Browning M1919A6.

It should definitely be in the research tree)

I’m just gonna say that I keep getting annoyed when I see people wanting prototypes and experiments to be added to the RT. I don’t have a problem with them being in the game, but I don’t think they should be RT because pretty much every prototype that gets suggested I see people clamoring for it

RT should all be standard issue, and everything else can be seasons, premium, event, prizes

A part of me doesn’t like seeing prototypes in the tech tree, but at this point there’s so many already in there that it doesn’t matter anymore. I just think BR6 would help section off most of the prototypes.

This weapon should be added to the game as a limited-edition event weapon, rather than being developed through the tech tree, because it is an experimental firearm, not a mass-produced weapon like the Thompson submachine gun.

Cool! A new machine gun? Full-power cartridge? Seriously, that’s a great idea!
This gun should either be a time-limited unlock or a battle pass reward.

The Americans have been relying on that 100-round Browning for way too long. I really think they should get this one first — they desperately need a full-power machine gun with a high muzzle velocity.

And it looks awesome, even cooler than the LAD, kind of like an RPK.
Who cares if it’s experimental? The US is lacking a good machine gun. Just add it like they did with the Hyde 1944.
