Only 3,000 Sugiura pistols were made all in 32ACP a fine pistol for the army. While 500 Inagaki were made in 32ACP for pilots of all services, with only 3 in 8MM. both 32ACP could be tech tree weapons but the 8mm would have to be event, premium or battle pass if anyone wanted a pistol outside the tech tree.
I confess i rarely use pistols outside of battle pass tasks and br1 riflemen. i would use it if we either had more usable revolvers, or more fuly automatic pistols like the artillery luger. they do not have to have big magazines but a semi auto two shot down pistol is not very useful. sileneced pistols are useful but also rare short ranged and low capacity magazines and suffer because you can carry two rifles, tow smgs, two mgs.

The Armaguerra Model 1939 is available in Battle of Tunisia to Axis side. It is unlocked at Campaign Level 12 independently from any squad.
Although only about 100 of these rifles are used by the Italian army, they, like other more common weapons such as the M1 Carbine, are researchable on the tech tree rather than being presented as a Battle Pass unique weapon.

To be fair, Armaguerra was adopted by the Italian army and mass-production started just before Italy joined the war, which forced Italy to revert back to already existing rifles before significant numbers could have been produced.
The Inagaki pistol is a semi-automatic pistol, designed by Iwakichi Inagaki, a retired employee from the Koishikawa Arsenal. Only 500 pistols were produced which were used both by Imperial Japanese Army and Imperial Japanese Navy (in small quantities).[1] Production ceased in 1943 as the company focused on making pistol that could fire 8x22mm Nambu cartridge but they did not succeed.[2] Only three pistols for 8mm Nambu were produced.

In January 1940, the military’s high command decided to revert all new rifle production from the 7.35mm caliber back to the older 6.5x52. This decision was made to simplify logistics and utilize the vast reserves of 6.5 ammunition already in army warehouses, rather than introducing a new caliber to the frontlines.
Armaguerra brand new Cremona facilities received the order to produce a small trial batch of the new mod. 39 rifle in the old 6.5x52, and the redesign and retooling took some months to complete. After producing and delivering about 200 rifles, the whole Mod. 39 production was canceled, and A.R.M.A.Guerra production lines were repurposed to produce the new Fucile mod. 41, on the Carcano action.[2][3][5]
