Suggestions for improving parmesans

DISCLAIMER

This is a shitty machine translation of my thread from a Russian forum. It is possible that some jokes and comparisons based on wordplay in translation look cringeworthy. Enjoy reading.

§ 1 - Gameplau.

Parmesans can infiltrate gray zones and pick up guns with increased ammo count + a bunch of TNT (broken TNT. Fix it, pls). But they can’t do the most important thing - birthing stations.

Suggestion - add a checkbox to the spawn menu like for cars and paratroopers. Only for parmesans it will work as follows - without a checkbox, parmesans work like regular parmesans, but with a checkbox they lose all the unique class features of parmesans (infiltrate gray zones and pick up guns with good ammo count, a bunch of TNT, etc.) and spawn like a regular assault squad. But instead, they will be able to take a specialist of their choice (engie, AT, radioguy). You can choose a specialist in the hangar. The specialist slot needs to be visually separated somehow and a hint should be added that this fighter can only be used with a check mark.

§2 - Authentic appearance.

The squad of operations of the last letter of the Latin alphabet looks normal everywhere. Like Japanese “partisans”. Of course, the most questions are raised by the Soviet and German ones. The Volkssturm looks normal only in Germany, and the Soviet partisans only near Moscow and, with a big stretch, in Stalingrad, if we remember the Stalingrad militia. What to do with the other “campaigns” then? We can remember all sorts of organizations banned in some countries and German underground fighters, but we can think about this. Under what conditions can regular troops, in theory, start doing all sorts of things in the enemy rear? I had an idea about soldiers who escaped from captivity. What if the Soviet and German partisans, who found themselves outside their “natural habitat”, were given the appearance of soldiers who escaped from captivity? Dirty, torn, maybe even bloody uniform, bandaged wounds, elements of civilian clothing and enemy uniform. (German boots for the Soviets, Russian quilted jacket, felt boots, Soviet balaclavas, etc. for the Germans (but first we need to finally fix the simply monstrous Soviet balaclavas)) You can also use for these purposes not only infantry uniforms, but also the uniforms and equipment of pilots and tankers. Let all this stuff be applied to fighters in a random order by default and be in customization.

§3 - Spawn logic. I can still imagine French underground fighters fighting side by side with American soldiers somewhere in the forest or within the city. But resistance fighters landing on the beach in the Omaha landing zone - this is some kind of schizophrenia. Maybe such units on some maps should have a separate spawn somewhere on the flank?

That’s all :cheese: :cheese: :cheese:

Same. It appears the sand people realized the power of the camel and his vast army. Hopefully, the rest of EN will realize this as well.
