Along with this update, almost all top-fed machine guns have had their sprint factor raised to 60 or above — only the ZB-26 remains at 50. I think it should be brought up to 60 as well.

65%, it has only 20 rounds, or 60% with a recoil control buff. Also Breda M30 should get a sprint factor buff along recoil control buff (at least 40% since it shoots the 6,5x52 Carcano cartridge) and a damage nerf to match other 6,5mm full-power cartridge MGs.
Type 11 should also get 60% - 65% sprint factor and at least 40% recoil control since it shoots the 6,5x50 Arisaka cartridge. Also horizontal recoil from 20 → 18.
I think they have strenghtened the Type 99 way too much for BR II, they could nerf its RoF to 500 base - 550 upgraded.
I think this has also affected the M1922 Hotchkiss MG for Japan, it could get some buff since it have lost its unique advantage as a clear-sights high damage BR II MG for Japan.
Don’t forget Breda30, they are all miserable.
