The SU 57 or T48 was M3 Half-track equipped with 6pdr (57 mm) ordered by the British from the United States for delivery to the Soviet under the Lend-Lease program. In total, 650 units were sent to the Soviet. The SU57 was used exclusively by the Soviets in the war, so it should definitely be given to that faction.
This could be a unique APC like the SDKFZ 251/9. Given that the Soviets don’t have any events APC, I’d like to see it along with an event APC for Japan.

The 57mm cannon is weaker against infantry than the German APC’s 75mm cannon, but better against tanks. So BR3 would be fair.
Given the current state of the game, they’ll add the F35 for America, while the Soviets could have the AK12 and Germany could have a Leopard 2 in BR5. And we’ll give the Japanese a katana.
could work sadly the devs basically condened those apcs to be or premium squads or events by locking stuff like the Sd, Kfz 251 that could perfectly be br 4 APC along the other premiums and instead we got a tractor and a milk truck basically screwing up a very good oportunity
Back when the Hanomag came out and there was all the bickering over what BR it should be, I seem to remember a large reason for BR 3 was they didnt want a Half track with effective AT capabilities.
I remember at the time because I said well that would make the USA and Soviet APC BR 4 then when they come. As to not just blap all tanks easily (57 even punches tiger, USA 75mm not so much)
AT ammo that has a hard time with anything it faces at that BR…that is to say, not likely to be a tank killer (tank fodder)… If you Put the same thing at BR 2, That ammo kills most of them
On the flip side you have a 75 or a 57 at BR 3…its gonna wallop all tanks it sees easily…add to that 3 Tank hunter APCS plus two tanks at any one time (KV-1s, T-34s, Shermans)… BR 3 will be great (/sarc) for ger/japan tanker lovers
