Planes should be allowed in after 1 Minute and 30 Seconds, in my opinion. This would give time for infantry to move up, engage each other, and start working on objectives.

you do realize that the 20mms aren’t as effective as you think they are, and also take time to build in that time the plane already made it’s run
You do it then.
Also, you can’t just unlock the Engineer and build AA and Field Cannons right off the bat. You have to unlock them in the skill trees.
and there is also a chance that you still can’t build them within that squad
Im a pilot and an engineer and i can promise you that the only thing that stops me from playing aircraft is somebody who is building 20mm aaa
Its not just effective its almost too good. You are really bad at the game if you cant instantly destroy a plane with 20mm
It’s already been stated that there are too many obstacles to just plop a 20mm shitter down and take out planes. Reread what’s already been said.

Nah, taking out 3 squads before they got to the battlefield using the IL-2 or bf-110 is fun and rewarding, also makes sure you’ll be in the top of the leader Board to get this nice 1.5×

i’m also those things and understand how they work, hell i’ve built one and used it to shoot a 109 that was flying directly at me and no shots landed, yes i was aiming at the circle as well, and at the beginning of the match you have to build AA which doesn’t help your team that much or built the much more useful rally point. also in my time in the air do i rarely find myself being taken out by AA
stop using the aiming circle and start using the tracers. aiming circle is a guide
I can INSTANTLY connect because i know how to lead.
Im saying the 20mm is so effective the plane im shooting at is dead in the first 2 bursts of the cannon.

I am worried that people who cant play the game who think the most powerful weapon against aircraft is not good (objectively wrong) are going to ruin the aircraft meta and make them worse

hmmm keep telling yourself that as i’ve used an smg to take out a plane and those have alot less velocity than BAs, also again rally points are more useful so most of the time people are going to built those over AA
So you are not worried about taking out the plane you just want the points. These are 2 different issues.
I do not need to “try not sucking”. I’m more than capable of landing top of the leaderboard every match, even without Premium squads.
You don’t need to project, but you’re going to anyways.
The most powerful weapon against aircrafts are other aircrafts… Not AA battery you can just nuke from 1km away before the enemy AA can even see you.

I’m not even mad at your salty comments, it’s painfully funny because I already know that I can easily outperform you. The only difference is that I’m in favor actually balancing shit in-game, whereas you just wanna easily steamroll players with no challenge.
Angrily saying that I suck at the game isn’t going to alter my performance.

Oh no, i take out enemy planes but it isn’t my main goal. Why dog fight when you both can just farm useless ground targets.
Only time i shoot down enemy fighter is when he attacks me and only time i shoot down enemy attacker is if his attacker is better than mine
