Am I missing something, you cant “spin the Wheel” and get a new set of three perks ?

Well that sucks doesn’t it, I really do wish that Stalingrad was like the rest of them to be honest
You cant pay gold for spin the perk but you can give them 60€ for a stupid ppsh41 with another name
You can remove a perk and unlock it again, same thing.
You have to however play a few games to level the soldier up again, i know how dreadfull.
Alternatively you get immidiate Lvl up orders, i used those to get the Perks i wanted for my engenier. They are limited however.
I have found that I am less interested in Stalingrad because there is no real grind to it, than I am the other campaigns
