Graphics settings are lowest possible for best performance
But i experience weird fps drops during aiming everytime
And it only happens in pacific
Does anybody experience same ?

Yes. whenever I play the pacific campaign my fps drops significantly.

Buy a new pc, enlisted need nasa pc for run at 720p potato quality
You forget dev added wind effect who animete all the flora of the map
it could easily be that. this is laptop and they are generally much weaker than their equivalent desktop part.
also you dont list specs like that. dell 15 g3 could be any range of laptops (from all i know it could be 10 years old laptop that just gets refresh every year).
what is important is to list processor generation. so this could be 1st gen or 13th gen i7. and it is important to list graphics card. it could be anything from 15 year old gpu, to new 30 or 40 series nvidia gpu-s.

gpu is either nvidia or amd. press start, write “dxdiag” and press enter. go to display and write what says on name or chip type.

write everything… not just manufacturer name. we need model is it 1050, 2060 or what?
