Yes, every engineer in Stalingrad engineer squad will be able equip Mkb. And according to opinions of some guys that are educated on this topic, even other ARs like stg44 and so on.
We really don’t know. MajorMcBurger told us, merge is not happening this update.
But, since devs removed half of BP shop items, something should happen.
I wonder what will happen, but we really don’t have any information. We can only speculate.
Hopefully we’ll learn more this monday.

It’s still unclear if only the squads from Stalingrad or any engineer from Stalingrad will be able to equip AVT/assault rifles.
the Q is about engineers and the A is about squads, lol.
I would, like the most of us, assume it’s the squads but I bought a lot of engineers from Stalingrad just in case …

Nah, it was later specifically clarified it will be related to squads, not engineers bought in Stalingrad.

As always. So they did postponed BAttle pass in order to? Fix some thinngs within and add more premium content? I’ve been told by many this update with merge gonna go live in a couple of days (when the Battle Pass ends)
We just don’t know.
Most probably they did postponed it because of content they plan to add with next update. But I guess not many people has any idea what it will be.
All we can do is just wait.

Why do the Stalingrad Engineers have the MKB? Also I think Engineers should not have Assault Rifles

Talking about free to play option, the FG42 II is one of the best weapon in the game
But…is not an assault rifle lol
My setup now is 1 engi and 2 assault squad, If I could equip the assault rifles to the engineering team I would probably do:
1 engineer squad with fg42 II and assault rifles 50%-50% (4 engineers, 1 radio man, 1 AT dude)
1 squad of probably only engineers with assault rifles
1 machine gun squad
Is a completely no sense that ( outside the people that wanna pay buying plus number of premium squad ) only a part of the free to play player, and premium player, player-base will be able to have engi whit assault rifle.
Really a poor choice.
This is least problematic thing for f2p players imho. They need more slots.

So all you need to do is grind level 3 engineers in Stalingrad. And you will be able to equip that squad with assault rifles after merge if you have unlocked those weapons.

taking my engineer squad away would also be unfair
