Japan lacks any semi automatic or automatic snipers. The Type Hei automatic rifle appears to have a scope mount installed on the side, so I propose adding a Sniper variant of the Type Hei Automatic rifle into the tech tree for BR5.
Reminder that Japanese rifle scopes are offset to the side and are not mounted over the gun, so this would not interfere with the toggle-lock action of the Hei rifle
The Sniper Type Hei should use the smaller 20rnd magazines which would make it closer to the Sniper FG42 and Sniper AVS-36 in terms of capacity
Because the Sniper FG42 and Sniper AVS-36 have higher damage, it could also be a possibility to give this the larger 30rnd magazine from the riflemen Hei Automatic. It’s up for the developers to decide

Indeed, the game features an incorrect model for the receiver and the rail presumably intended for the optical sight:
My evidence is that my eyes see something that strongly looks like a scope mount, and because it looks like a scope mount, I am affirming it is a scope mount. Prove me wrong if I’m wrong
