It needs to remain at Tier III because the Allied advantage is obvious at Tier III. At Tier II, the firepower is too overwhelming, and bullying newcomers is not a wise choice.
There’s no allied advantage at BR 3 and we’re talking about an EVENT sniper. Literally no one is bullying new players with sniper rifles 
snipers have little to no impact so no clue what game you’re playing if you consider a sniper overwhelming firepower.
No, I see a lot of people camping with sniper rifles at levels 1-2, so let’s save the event reward weapon for level 3. New players need to practice offense and defense in lower-level dungeons, not waste time deliberately using sniper rifles.

This is not contradictory at all. For the Axis powers, this Tier 3 sniper rifle is an excellent choice for crushing novice players. For the Allies, however, using a sniper rifle to camp at lower-tier weapons often leads to defeat throughout the match. Therefore, you are more unwilling to listen to advice than anyone else.
Wrong. You clearly have no clue how this game functions. Snipers are no where near as impactful as assaulters, riflemen and literally everything else they are the least impactful class in the game. You’re literally contradicting yourself. No one is getting bullied or crushed by bolt action snipers and you clearly have a problem with players who snipe.
