The newest update proved it is technically possible to unlock premium squad uniforms on free squads
so i would like to continue this suggestion here.
Ignore the concept, i correct it to the bare minimum: just make bought premium squads cosmetics available in general customization, since the player already paid a huge amount of money for the squad:
My former suggestion got about 100 votes, almost all serious people voted yes:
The image is clear. You could prove yourself as an honorable developer now.
Good joke. Skins should be the main source of revenue for every free-to-play game.
Your idea is completely unrealistic and would force developers to find other, more aggressive ways to monetize the game.
i wanted to get it to the bare minimum for them with no effort at all. I fear that they would not like to program more coding for setting the amount of cosmetics to 324.
Other than that, i would be happy to at least be able to use the cosmetics on one or two squads, so i would like your idea too. Just anything…
That they added it to the boxes but not those who bought the squads as that devastating, i really do not expect the slightest thing above absolutely bare minimum… Of course id be happy to be convinced otherwise, but we surely are at a low point…
i don’t see why you should really compromise for a company that almost prevented what we have been asking for years and we actively supported with a feature BY DESIGN.
Especially for basic feature such as this that have been done through times and times.
Do Not make exscuses for them.
That’s not what I was talking about. I was talking about cosmetics that you can’t purchase with appeappearance orders.
For example event WW1 helmet.
So it’s obvious that devs are in line with my opinion.
Those were never premium exclusives. They were just additional variants. But they were never the original camo that premium squads originally came with.
I couldn’t care less that those are now base cosmetics available for appearance orders for “every” squad.
you don’t see every german soldier wearing ww1 helmets.
nor every germans as in the promo pic, wearing ghlillies.
sounds very different things.
Except they always have been up until now.
the early war MG did had the Splittertarn coat.
and only that squad. not to mention, the camo it self is also shared with the suppressed mp40 squad.
and as far the oak goes, it’s not unique to the mg 42
… so that’s not true either no matter how you look at it.
