Since its technically possible: unlock premium squad uniforms when buying squad

Hello comrades!

The newest update proved it is technically possible to unlock premium squad uniforms on free squads

so i would like to continue this suggestion here.

Ignore the concept, i correct it to the bare minimum: just make bought premium squads cosmetics available in general customization, since the player already paid a huge amount of money for the squad:

My former suggestion got about 100 votes, almost all serious people voted yes:

The image is clear. You could prove yourself as an honorable developer now.

That’s something they should definitely do. But at the same time, it’s something they definitely won’t do.

They could even keep the box additionally. But giving them out to gamblers while for people who paid 50$ for the squads and uniforms it is just cruel…

nah.

you buy the squad, you should get at least 324 pieces of each upon purchase.

just enough to at least fill 3 squads for 6 campaign presets of 9 men each.

the rest, should be with appearance orders.

those who did not bought the squad, should be double the price of appearance cards.

having consistency to use the cosmetics you bought outside the base squad should be the bare minimum.

Events squads on the other hand, since those are free, i can get behind the " unlock the ability to buy with appearance orders " thing.

Good joke. Skins should be the main source of revenue for every free-to-play game.
Your idea is completely unrealistic and would force developers to find other, more aggressive ways to monetize the game.

i wanted to get it to the bare minimum for them with no effort at all. I fear that they would not like to program more coding for setting the amount of cosmetics to 324.

Other than that, i would be happy to at least be able to use the cosmetics on one or two squads, so i would like your idea too. Just anything…

Except, they are not.

Majority of free to plays do allow to earn some skins.

after all, as you said, you either pay with time, or money.

Considering that, they have other means of monetization, that’s far from the truth.

not to mention, it seems they tried to regardless.

… weren’t you there half an hour ago ?

right.
it didn’t concerned you to begin with cause you didn’t even thought it was a problem.

so i’m not sure how much valuable your imputs are.

that’s a rather poor exscuse.

if they can issue items at each update like they did with previous purchase ( for example, the camos of each bps and what not )

this is literally nothing.

they can, and should.

especially since quite honestly, most of the times these squads are stiff for what they offer.

Hence, would do nothing but justify it’s current price.

That they added it to the boxes but not those who bought the squads as that devastating, i really do not expect the slightest thing above absolutely bare minimum… Of course id be happy to be convinced otherwise, but we surely are at a low point…

i don’t see why you should really compromise for a company that almost prevented what we have been asking for years and we actively supported with a feature BY DESIGN.

Especially for basic feature such as this that have been done through times and times.
Do Not make exscuses for them.

Yes. That’s why there already default skins that are available to purchase for appearance orders.

But there’s no reason why some skins shouldn’t be behind paywall exclusively.

looks like developers disagree with your assestment too:
and for good reasons:

2 premium items right there for all squads.

given to ALL squads:

so, considering tank customization is pretty much the golden goose of enlisted.

literally 0 reasons to make the soldier customization one too.

That’s not what I was talking about. I was talking about cosmetics that you can’t purchase with appeappearance orders.

For example event WW1 helmet. :man_shrugging:

So it’s obvious that devs are in line with my opinion.

Those were never premium exclusives. They were just additional variants. But they were never the original camo that premium squads originally came with.

I couldn’t care less that those are now base cosmetics available for appearance orders for “every” squad.

cause those are rare “”““ww2"”” cosmetics.

you don’t see every german soldier wearing ww1 helmets.

nor every germans as in the promo pic, wearing ghlillies.

sounds very different things.

Except they always have been up until now.

the early war MG did had the Splittertarn coat.
and only that squad. not to mention, the camo it self is also shared with the suppressed mp40 squad.
and as far the oak goes, it’s not unique to the mg 42

… so that’s not true either no matter how you look at it.

The green camo was not the original one that the squad came with. It was only added later.

So no, you are wrong. The original one was the orange one.

… which the oak camo changed and is pretty much idential to the rest of them from the tt:

not to mention, the mp40 gets to wear it as well :woman_shrugging:

Not the variant with the coat.

except it will change as well to include the camouflage_override tag buddy.

Based on what? :joy:

Buddy.
