on top of that, pistols are rare in this game, but i struggle to understand why pick them in the first place.

Pistols were very rare in actual use. Rifles and SMGs were always used by combat troops because pistols are far weaker or carry less ammo. They arent suppose to be primaries, theyre back ups

Sure lets. Do you want call of duty with your mystical fantasy pistols because this is how you get it. Just use your damn primary weapon and bring more ammo
you should shoot a ballistics dummy with replicas of the sidearms and ask a doctor after each shot if the ballistics dummy would have died from it if it were real. also ask if a person would need to be shot twice in the face to be killed, or just once
Semi-automatic rifles were unreliable or difficult to produce, which is a different.
A pistol is an officerās weapon, just like a saber.

Wtf are you on about? I guess ALL SMGs need to be reworked then since everything must now be a one hit kill according to you since they all fire the same things? A head shot should be a head shot regardless

i can agree with this. the only way to survive a headshot is if it is shot from under the chin and it goes out thru the face rather than the upper part of the head

PPKs, M1919s, C97s, TTKs, Nagant Revolver, P38s, P08s and the other russian one that i donāt remember the name.
the only " fine " pistol is the M1919, P38 and the C97.
and the god tier weapon is the one from tunisia, and the other Engraved pistol for normandy ( canāt remember the name as well ).
mag of 10, and two shoots a soldier from at least 10 meters. this is how a pistol should act.
