Revolvers needs a buff

because smgs can 1 headshot a soldier unlike pistols?

In H&G nagan was 3 tier revolver… 2 hits - 1 kill.

Then again that ISNT a pistol issue. Its a damage multiplier issue

That I agree shouldn’t be. The general strength in damage output of sidearms (exept Nagant) is fine however. What should be reworked is the damage model of the head area. Perhaps the damage multiplier is wrong.

You have yet to tell me how a .45 fired from a 1917 revolver is better than one fired from a Thompson

Despite the fact that I have it, I haven’t played H&G for a long time, I need to try it.

i don’t know, and to be honest, i don’t care all that much.

all i know, if i’d get shot by a pistols, i wouldn’t have a " second chance " because two shots are needed on the head.

revolvers unlike pistols, should be able to 1 shot in the head even further than 10 simple meters. ( i mean, pistols should go a bit further than that as well )

Everything should head shot kill. You keep bringing up headshots but not pistols. They fire they exact same rounds as SMGs and should do the exact same damage

once again, i don’t struggle to headshot soldiers passed 10 meters with a smg.

i don’t see why should i with a pistol.

that’s the point, if i bring a pistol, i expect that one to be letal. carry more firepower.

They do the same damage in game at least what I’ve seen as their SMG counterparts. The problem is the head area should clearly cause more damage. Thats the issue. And rounds from a short pistol barrel will slow down quicker than from a longer barrel so thats probably where their getting that damage drop off from

Yes. Pistols revolvers should KILL with headshots, at a bigger distance than point blank.

No. They don’t need more damage in general (when they hit elsewhere)

Why not global damage? A head shot is a head shot. A .45 to the head from a revolver is just as damaging as a .45 from a Thompson. There is no difference

I do not know how the Luger \ Mauser \ Walter \ Colt is, but the Tula Tokarev is beautiful (at least several times more effective than a double-barreled shotgun), and Korovin is average.

how can you be fine with pistols that needs 4 to 5 bullets just for a singular soldier?

Who is saying that??? We are saying they fire the exact same round! They should do the exact same damage! How many rounds does it take to kill with an SMG? There is your answer
