Why does it matter?? There have been premium nerfs in the past (G43 Kurtz for example) but no one here is going to go back and look for them because that would take ages. Even if there wasn’t any in the past there’s a first time for everything and premiums have been overtired heaps of times which have lead to them being dropped down a BR. Your arguments are invalid

It’s a weapon bought for currency so therefore it’s premium. Type 100 paratrooper got a nerf a few months ago too so you’re wrong. Don’t expect me to dig any further back.

It was actually buffed as this was part of the buffs also given to the type 100s. Regarding the fact that this was to balance a drastic buff they made to it along with all Japan smgs and the fact it still was in a better state at the end of it, I’ll give you a c-
Do you actually read peoples answers, or just use your emotional intelligence to respond? First of all whether nerfed or buffed makes no difference, was it changed? In the MP 18, YES, so I already answered your question as to when a premium squad was changed. Only you seem to give a shit whether it was nerfed or buffed, if it was changed, then it was altered from the original.
Now, here are two examples of other premium squads being changed. Both I bought for BR1, but both were overly nerfed thus moving them to BR2. No one was asking for this change, but the Dev’s did it anyway. So, whether nerfed or buffed, the gun and squad is effected, same as the MP18. And for the record, just because you want to make sweet love to the MP18, not everyone agrees with you that the buff was a good one. Leave the MP18 alone, but it still is a BR1 caliber smg.

These two were both part of a series of hot fixes to Japan smgs that made them op then nerfed a little. Overall ending up in a stronger area than before. These were not targeted but rather part of a larger portion of changes and still were stronger by the end of it. Also these are significantly less popular than the mp18.
Nope they buffed it to be on par with br 3 weapons. Then balanced it out a little to be very strong br 2 weapons. Overall a buff that had a hotfix involved

I’m all for a little historical immersion, and I own this squad (but even if I didn’t) I’d support changing it to be more accurate
