The essence of the proposal: This unit is initially weak due to useless mortars. SVT-40 (AG) is a ruskin version from the upgrade branch and does not represent anything unique. The squad does not have any interesting customization. The only unique feature is the engineering construction of the AG-2, which is of no value.
The damage of grenades is incorrect in terms of the amount of ammunition, accuracy, overheating rate, and the inability to replenish ammunition with the help of an engineer.


I suggest breathing life into this squad and making it a little more effective without upsetting the balance. (Options will be shown in the poll)

    1. Increase damage only to the level of hand grenades (or slightly reduced damage from RMN-50/Arisaka Mortar)
    1. Don’t edit the damage, but increase the ammo capacity of the belt by 2 times, reduce the overheating rate by 30-40% and add the ability to replenish it by an engineer.

I dislike the idea of an automatic grenade launcher machine gun. The game is better with less explosions

This grenade launcher is currently useless. It’s nothing more than a decorative element… Do you think that’s how it should be? Considering that this unit is being sold for money.
No one is demanding that it be turned into the ultimate weapon.
It needs to be beefed up to a working condition so that the grenade launcher is at least somewhat playable.

what if we instead give this to other nations instead of paywalling interesting features as these to only 1 nation?

I don’t think the 3 other nations had anything like this, unless you propose giving every faction captured AG-2s
