Rename the FG42 / FG42 II to FG42 Ausf. E / FG42 Ausf. G

Ausf. means Ausführungen (this essentially means Type or Model in English) and these names are more recognizable when describing the FG42. They’re slightly more descriptive than just “FG42” and “FG42 II” and also its awkward to say “FG forty two two” so “FG42 E” and “FG42 G” just rolls off the tongue a lot nicer
