Let it cost 80 sprint factor or half reserve ammo due to heavy weight, and show its statics in game.
Another thing that reminds me of Gate of Hell gameplay. Sorry for not providing a picture of the inventory of a GoH soldier having and equipping a body armor, showing how it used a lot of space so they can pick up less ammo and grenades.
Congrats now all the people who have this one whether on purpose or unintentionally now have a sudden rebuff that’s not communicated to them and they have to manually go through all their soldiers and spend appearance orders to take it off
