the hyde isnt a good assault rifle. its just ok. doesnt excel in anything unlike the other assault rifles

It does - vs US its a FG42 with 15 round mag = worse
Vs soviets its a FG42 with two hit kills and 15 round mags - even much worse
There is a reason why I skipped that BP, that gun is pointless and literally worse than its TT alternatives.

hell im surprised that 38% of people deny the existence of bias or want to live with it as when it comes to the people who deny the existence of body armor why not removing it anyways if it ““trully doesnt exists”” why going crazy over a cosmetic with a ““not impacful advantage”” or maybe you are hiding something 
just let the dirty german mains get what they want and thats it why making a whole fucking human barrier over something that is inssinificant?

I’m genuinely wondering if some Soviet mains got alts to vote no. Even so 35% + 27% =62% so in general people want body armor removed.

Because it doesnt matter, much like people asking for “these boots has wrong shoelaces” type of thing.
Totally un-noticeable.
What really matters is that soviet smg’s deals 0.2 or 0.4 less dmg thats something you truely can see.

Russian players are mega Soviet biased. A lot of them really believe that Soviets are a weak nation and that MG-42 is better than RD-44 or that FG-42 II is better than AVT40(20) because of the higher RoF
Could be that they gathered here to just spam vote ‘no’ but still didnt manage to break the 50% mark so who cares. Even less with the fact that at first the post had overwhelmingly positive response with barely 30% being against it
And then again essentially all of the reasoning behind those people who vote no are reduced to:
- It doesnt matter/doesnt happen as much
- But it was user irl and worked irl
- But what about the Soviets being weak!
When all of this was already refuted. If devs remain ignorant about this when clearly majority of people want it removed then Im starting a war

There are some files i have on My profile regarding about FG42 on escense the avt-40 20 is same as the 15 rounds ver just with 5 rounds more and thats it

I’d like to see even one of the Soviets mains try to give a reason why armor is fair for the soviets.
In this entire discussion all I have seen so far is that they claim it should stay because it has no effect.
(Which is the dumbest excuse I have ever seen in a video game)
- or actually one of them claimed how when removing body armor PPS 43 should get a two hit kill damage buff in return, because MP40 would obviously be too strong.

yes its the german eggi event squad which allows you to eat 80% of damage to the head basically allowing you to survive 1 headshot
but this feature is only on 1 squad unlike body armor but soviet babies use it as an excuse to justify body armor existence

Its rather easy to take the moral high ground here and in all the fairness say it should also go away.
Absolutely no one even knew it existed since against SF / BA / SA rifles it does nothing other than makes you 10% less dead.
And no one wastes time to aim head with smg.
But as said, we want to be fair so it should also be removed.

I mean yeah of course I never mean to generalize it like that. But you definitely can find some very strong body armor defenders even from this thread on the russian side of the forum. But of course all is different and I appriciate all the support, regardless of anything
