I don’t deny that it doesn’t affect gameplay i really just do not care that i see people with it and that it DOES have a minor effect in certain gunfights.
I use it and do not care when others do… so that’s probably why.
You’re not losing games or consistent gunfights because of body armor and to act like anyone is is disingenuous.

Anyways again i don’t believe body armor will even be an option in manchuria customization for soviets, it had a specific function of door to door fighting in dense european urban settings, afaik soviets didn’t use body armors in manchuria, it only restricts movement etc
The least they could do is create a seperate customisation for this new campain in which Soviets don’t get the armour. Then it is at least not an issue for Jap V Soviet.

If devs want those (armours) to remain, then let them make it a true feature, that is clearly defined in game with what it does, with not just pros, but cons (like what you suggested)

Like i said skill issue… simple cut the pie and shoot them before they get the first two shots so your first shot makes up for their armor 
Also, this affects every single BR, as you said you don’t play low BR, which is kinda already destroying your point, because I see many sweats wearing those, which messes up my MP40.
