Jumbo can't destroy puma with the HE anymore?

i’ve returned after 2 weeks and i’ve notice that the HE of the jumbo dosent pentrate the puma anymore, its a bug or the update change? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T6_-p5XkF5o&ab_channel=justamainclash

i realize that the AP become MUCH MUCH better and now can one shoot ammunition.
(at the time of the post i tried but i could not one shoot the ammunition)

i still feel annoyed that a lvl 20 tank that in theory can oneshot the puma cant do it bc balancment, but it needs only a bit more skill using the AP so i guess it ok.
