Recently encountered a bug with the Pershing

My tank got hit but I still had 2 crew members, all modules were still working. But it wouldn’t register my gun as loaded, though when I pressed to fire it would still deplete a round. There was nothing I could do to fix it and was forced to abandon my tank.
