As with a different comment much further up, I am wondering why you went with an early Corsair instead of P-40E?
Everyone else has pointed out historical inaccuracies, but here is one everyone missed
The M1 Garand’s grenade launcher was converted for the Carbine in 1944, also making it completely ineligible for Guadalcanal. A few other notes.
A few other notes:
The Americans barely used Shermans during the fighting in Guadalcanal, but they did use M2A4s there, as well as M3s, M3A1s and M5s there, so stuart spam here we go.
As others have said, the Marines basically only used Corsairs as Guadalcanal was closing up, and only the USMC variant of the F4U-A1 which has no payload whatsoever. Instead, the US planes should be more along the lines of P-400, P-40E, P-39, F4F-4 and P-38Gs
Why would you use the A-20 in the Pacific when you have the TBF Avenger with the exact same payload.
Chinese Zh-29s mostly were in the northern regions, meaning it is unlikely that any made it down to Guadalcanal. Instead, the Type Hei Rifle, which was captured on Okinawa, would have a greater chance of being in Guadalcanal, even if only slightly.
You don’t appear to have enough levels to make it to 40 levels. I made my own proposal earlier and while there is a lot more padding, it gets through all the content as well.
Caliber of Experimental Type 4 7cm rocket launcher is 74 mm
At least, experimental 10.5cm recoilless gun (試製十糎半無反動砲) is listed in planned procurement in 1945, but I don’t know it was mass-produced. Anyway it will not a personal-carried gun which is suitable for this game.
As far as I remember they used M3/M3A1 Stuarts, not M5. (but I don’t know well about American)
They also used M3 GMC, a 75mm SPG based upon M3 halftrack. It would be interesting addition. It have deadly 75mm cannon but it is easy to destroy it.
I believe suicide weapon is not suitable for game…
I know everyone self-destruct with explosive pack on enemy tank. However, at least there is a way to use explosive pack without killing myself, but this weapon isn’t.
Everyone already suicide bombs everything with planes or explosive packs, so why not give us a cool looking boom boom stick to suicide ourselves even more?
It because they are not designed for suicide attack. In other hand, this weapon is designed for only suicide attack.
In my opinion, such weapons should not be added in this game.
If you mean the two guy asking for OP tank because sherman top OP for them, i dont think is historical inccurate
The campaign is setted in all the pacific, the code say pacific-guadalcanal on the minimap and pacific
near the equipment
As up
As up again
As up again
As again
Campaign release is 26 level and one map in this case Guadalcanal, i dont need think 40 level and 20 map for this
Well, surely if they contain whole battles of Asia-Pacific war in one campaign, they can make decent progress table.
Do we have the minimap image?
probably the campaign is setted in the period of island war, so i dont think we see early war Filippine
As a Japanese, I have to agree with that opinion. Not only us, but many Japanese are repulsed by the idea of suicide attacks in games.
no mini map image available
AFAIK they used NO Shermans at all - 1 was sent there after the battle to familiarises troops with it, but all tank combat was using Stuarts.
That 1 Sherman is still there -
Marines had both M2A4 light tanks and M3 Stuarts of course.
According to wiki A company 1st Tank Bn only had the light tanks - Shermans replaced these when it was withdrawn to Australia after the battle, and were first used in hte Battle of Cape Gloucester on New Britain in December 1943.
Ok, but even if you expand it to all of the pacific (which then invites a whole hell of a lot more issues, but that can be discussed later) the is still no reason to use the A-20 over the TBD Avenger. The A-20 was only really used in the Philippines, while the Avenger was used there and everywhere else, and it is a more iconic plane for the Pacific.
Yeah, that is what most sources say, but I have read a couple sources that conflict with that, so I chose to just be vague about it. Probably should have clarified more, that’s on me.
Wy there is a reason to use pz3b in moscow? I used the same rule of darkflow, if the equipment exist or is present in that time for the faction can be added, in this case if we take the whole pacific conflict 1941-1945 it can be added
Obliviusly A20 in the campaign is a leter unlock than TBD, and i repeat i do this only for fun trying do copy darkflow and the result is 100% made in darkflow
I see, this is a joke post.
Half and half, is in mess room
Well, surely A-20 is a good plane, but I want to see PBJ-1H: a marine’s B-25 with 75mm cannon and multiple 12.7mm machine guns
Did they use this aircraft in Asia-Pacific war?
Right now Berlin is really more like if the invasion of Germany dragged on into 1946. The Semovante in Tunisia was never used outside of Italy. The Italian semi auto rifles numbered in the hundreds.
At this point I’m fine with weapons like the various Japanese copies of other semi automatic rifles as well as tanks that were reserved for the defense of the Home Isles making it into their campaigns, especially so if they end up expanding the entire theater into one playable campaign.
