Is japanese lack of this shit and i avoid give them never used prototype, and if you watched stalingrad you can already see this happen
Be awere darkflow can even add g43 and mp40 because of this

USE MORE BOLTACTION RIFLE for USMC and Imperial
I writed this using other campaigns as example, and this is actually a realistic result, i understand wat you say but developer have a different idea of balance
If you want to enjoy the Pacific Campaign normally, you shouldn’t pursue historical.
Yea because is historically, you at least heave read it?
peaceful campaign in the pacific but not a battle in particle on editor they replaced Guadalcanal by pacific on the us tank
Wtf is that?
You created the level tree without considering the balance at all.
The Chiha tank and the m4a1 Sherman are by no means the same tank.
I see that but after other 5 campaign, i dont think they do a full theatre with all major battle, seems to smart, bu i can be wrong
Wy there is such balance here?
M10 vs panther
Kv1 vs panzer f2
T34 76mm vs panzer 3j
T34 85 vs panzer 4j
Grant vs semovente
You need understand darkflow
They could at least penetrate the opponent from the front. But Chi-Ha can’t even break through Sherman’s face.
Can at least on warthunder
1903A1, then 1903A3 with better sight
1903A4 with x8 scope (its USMC set up, shouldnt be in Normandy)
Gas trap early version of Garand as high-tier unlock
M50/55 Reising with 20-rnd stick, then all kinds of Thompsons
M60 Reising semi-auto carbine as M1 Carbine alternative
Johnson 1941 lmg, then all kinds of BARs
Wincherster 1897 shotgun with big ass bayonet (obviously)
Browning 1917 as engineer or bunker static mg
Arisaka in 6.5, then in 7.7, Type 44 carbine in-between
Japanese Pedersen rifle prototype to counter Garand (Type 4 clone is kinda late war)
MP28,II as first smg, then early production Type 100 with bayonet
Early Thompson with drum captured in China just to counter US Thompsons
Type 11 as first lmg, then Type 96 (6.5) and Type 99 (7.7, higher rof, optional scope), both with bayonets
Type 92 as engineer or bunker static mg
Some kind of banzai charge gameplay mechanic to balance out US side full auto guns? (see Rising Storm 1)
Ha-Go vs early Stuart (the only tanks available, maps with hard terrain for them to navigate)
A6M vs F4F
D3A Val vs SBD Dauntless
Both sides high tier radio operators call in naval bombardment (heavy cruiser main guns-tier, longer cooldown)
Can be enjoyable tbh if you liked Rising Storm 1
Even in War Thunder, both tanks are not supported at all.
The Chiha tank is 1.3 br at rank 1 and the Sherman is 3.3 br at rank 2.
Are these two tanks the same?
Think for a moment and tell me.
For darkflow? Yes, i repeat i used other campaigns as example and yes other campaigns have identical problem, so i dont see wy change it even because this is not the official list
… I don’t recall Brits or Commonwealth troops landing there…
I dint recall american have other smg outiside the thompson
They had many versions of Thompson thought
And (I’m not joking) there WAS one using 20 bullets magazines. Could help balance a bit vs the Japaneses who only had type 100
But Usa also used tommies with drums, here…
See better ask brits for low end gear, anyway now all guadalcanal equipment in the editor are renamed pacific, so maybe a full war theater
Well mostly I don’t like that all “Captured” ones in campaign, At least Japanese prototype weapons would be better (Like Armaguerra 39 at Tunisia, which was built under 300)
Like this Type Hei rifle, or
The Type otsu Rifle.
Type hei rifle has magazine Capacity of 10 to 20 (2 magazine types), and even some were tested as a Automatic Rifles (as a Support weapon)
Type otsu was actually a japanese Copy of ZH-29, using 6.5 Arisaka Rounds. No much special thing though.
It’s why I still think, and hope, that DF will create special mechanics to balance out USA vastly superior equipment, to help the Japaneses a bit.
I will probably still main the Rising Sun soldiers from the start, even with just bolties…
But it would be nice for DF to be inventive a bit. Just like RO2: Rising Storm was.
We will see.
