The PPD-40 is one of the more rarer smg but omnipresent in any front.

The PPD-40 when it fell under partisan hands noticed a flaw with it, the drum magazine and magazine interchangeably.

The drum magazine has all the flaws of a normal ppsh-41 mag big, heavy, and reliability, but also the fact the gun cannot take ppsh-41 magazines, So a uncommon modification partisans do it modified the PPSH-41 magazine catch to fit into the ppd mad weld.

Then extended it to its 35 round box magazines, less common sight but once you noticed it’s hard not to see it.

The modification was mainly done by partisans groups in the eastern front, by the Ukrainians and Belorussians, it would make a interesting addition for a slightly more slow firing option than the PPSH-41 box.

you gotta add a 'no option before it gets closed down

Stop showing the developers that we supposedly want clones, we (I) don’t want to see an abundance of weapons clones that are already in the game, we only need original guns or serious modifications, not these kind of alterations.

I’m split about the “in a squad” question.

On one hand, we never have enough squads.

On the other hand, locking the weapon in said squad means it couldn’t get in other squads…
