Not much different from the pz4 vs t34-85…
When Berlin first got realeased, I ended up with 14 tank kills on my first match. I didn’t have shells anymore having even shot my HE at them (even exploded 2 with HE), So I ended up charging and ramming them as the battle ended and pushed one in a ditch…
They failed to break my lil t34-85 that could spirit.

When noobs love to spam their starter tanks so much that the competent tankers that have better tanks couldn’t even use their tanks because of them.

No, no, pz4 is really not adapted to Berlin. It’s possible to use it reliably vs the first t34-85… if you’re a good tank player. But. A good tank player driving the t34-85 in Berlin… will make many, maaaany pz4 victims 
It gets inverted at last lvls with King tiger. But thankfully those are rare.
Pz 4 have problems only with su85 and t34 second.
Other easy can be killed.
So you can easy kill 14 first t34 at pz.

Easily? No. Not by a long shot. I used the FIRST t34 to kill 14 pz4… Without exploding once.
Pz4 in Berlin sucks. It’s usable yes, but it sucks.
Only in hands of idiot.
Never have a problem with playing on pz. And easy destroy first t34s/ IS and IS2.
Its a magic enlisted players, no more. And you not a idiot at all.

While this is true people often underestimate what a Panzer IV can do. While bias I’d still take a Pz IV over the T34 (just personal preference) awhile back just for the giggles I took the Pz IV J out in Berlin for a few games took out an IS2 player a couple times aswell I’d reckon he wasn’t very impressed

Which is why I took 14 of them while in a t34. It’s easier.
Ofc. It’s thanks to the one who drives it (it’s what I said). But t34-85 is way, way better than the pz4.

When noobs feed T-34s like what OP showed, they deserve a military tribunal where they should be sentenced to driving stuarts in Normandy against my Tiger there.
Even worse is at times, I’m the only one who is actually hunting tigers since my teammates really suck at dealing with them in their tanks especially starter ones.
