These three guns were designed with their unique shooting modes at the time, hence I tried using AI to implement them, and adding these features would be very interesting!
Do you agree that these weapons should have their unique functions?
- Yes
- No

It’d be cool if the G41(m) could toggle its “fire mode” to fire in bolt action mode to deal increased damage. It wouldn’t make sense from a logic standpoint but it would be very interesting
I would like to ask why you changed the Mauser G41 from a semi-automatic weapon to a single-shot bolt-action weapon?
hm, br2 g41?
You are misunderstanding. The Mauser G41 is a unique weapon that can fire as a semi automatic weapon and a bolt action weapon at once.
It was designed to be able to be fired manually with a bolt in case the semi automatic components failed
It is both a semi automatic rifle and a bolt action rifle at once
I think it would be interesting if this could be represented in game with the bolt action mode having more damage and accuracy
Got it. The Mauser G41 can be used in semi-automatic mode for continuous fire, or in bolt-action mode for single-shot firing. Am I right?
The bolt action mode was a “back up” feature in case the semi automatic functions of the gun failed to work.
This made the Mauser G41 very complicated and thats why the Walther design won the trials
It can switch between semi-automatic and manual modes, with manual mode designed according to the requirements of the German Ordnance Department. They stipulated that rifles must use the same operating manual as K98k in case of malfunction - therefore Mauser used a bolt handle that needed to be rotated 90 degrees and pulled back for manual switching (instead of using a simpler fixed bolt handle on the bolt seat like G41 (W)).
Okay, it seems I misunderstood. If that’s the case, I think all three shooting modes are great, and I hope to see them appear in enlisted historical campaigns soon.
