Given the sheer number 7 for every 4 FG42-1’s the regular Krag Jorgensen needs to be a tech tree weapon for Germany. The modified version on the other hand with at least 200 should be fine as an event weapon at br1. i would love to seen American KA but only the might of the German army could contain the Jorg. Replaced by the Springfield in the us army this gun served in two world wars and beyond.

A few prototype Model 1898 sniper rifles were assembled with Cataract telescopic sights for limited testing. In 1901, 100 Model 1898 rifles, and 100 Model 1899 carbines were fitted with a Parkhurst clip loading attachment to test use of Mauser-type stripper clips. In 1902, 100 rifles were made with 26 in (660 mm) barrels in an effort to develop one model acceptable to both infantry and cavalry. The so-called NRA carbines were rifles cut down to carbine length for sale to members of the National Rifle Association of America beginning in 1926 as a means of keeping skilled armoury workmen employed at Benicia Arsenal.[5] .
Historical Firearms - The Nazi Krag While the Krag-Jørgensen rifle is... The reluctant workforce at Kongsberg Våpenfabrikk sabotaged progress be working slowly and the workmanship on the rifles is noticeably rough with poor fit and finish common. By 1945 just ~3,500 rifles had been delivered to the occupying forces. In Norway the rifles were often colloquially known called ‘Stomperud-Krag ’ in reference to a Norwegian comic about a well-meaning, naive but poor soldier.
