The Panzerfaust 30 Klein was the earliest model in the Panzerfaust series, entering service in August 1943. It had an armor penetration of 140mm, but its range was only 30 meters, and since its caliber was smaller than later models, its lethality was also greatly reduced.
Since BR 3 already has the Panzerfaust 60, and the other two anti-tank weapons for BR 2 aren’t very effective, maybe the Panzerfaust 30 Klein is suitable for BR 2.

Which level should the Panzerfaust 30 Klein be at?
I’d love to have it in game, but it’s not really the AT gun we need for BR2 atm. The range would be pretty bad, and there isn’t a whole lot that needs all that penetration for. What I think we need is this, the Hungarian 44M Bazooka (44M kézi rakétavető, the Hungarian handheld rocket launcher of WW2). It was a Hungarian AT launcher improved off the M1’s design but had elements from the Panzerschreck like the blast shield, and had 100mm of pen.

140mm would make it BR 3
While 30m wouldnt be the actual max range similar to how the panzerfausts 60 and 100 dont have a max range of 60 and 100m
However, there are two issues: Germany doesn’t have the best AT weapons at BR1 and 2. Other AT weapons, like the M1 and Type 4, can take out any tank from BR1 to BR3 (except for the heaviest KVs and M4s) sometimes even with a single shot whereas Germany struggles even against the T28, not to mention the KV-1 and KV-2, which are difficult to destroy even with BR3 AT weapons.
