Caps already slowly turn back. its just pretty slow
To be honest, I’ve noticed this a couple of times when a point was captured just a little bit, but I thought it was a visual bug.
In any case, this effect, if any, is extremely negligible to really affect the game.
The opposing team is more likely to run out of 1,000 tickets before you can “clear” at least one point captured by a quarter!
yes but they are so slow but they decapture is almost irrelevant.

Yes, it would improve the win rate balance, but still the attackers would win often. People would be inclined to get out of matches by playing defense, so despite what I wrote
I think the defense side should be stronger. When I attack Le Bre for Axis, it’s a 90%+ probability of victory. When defending for Axis it is very difficult to win.
you intend to merge assault and invasion, why not! i love territory from rs2 if you mean this would be great for the game
It’s very simple. Points are capped too quickly and attackers spawn too close to the point.
How far actually axis spawns are? Lot of people are talking how allied spawns are closer to cap so I assume they have checked/confirmed that those spawns are really closer to cap.
Cause when im playing at allied side most caps are just too far to even try capping without rally points.
I know 1 point at 1 map where allies have spawn closer but that wont cause axis losses on OTHER maps.
Offcourse there might be more cause i havent checked all axis spawns but thats why im asking

This is only point i know where attackers are closer.
But that forest dont prevent you building rallys. Actually forests are really good place to build those and you dont even need build sandbags just put it little unpredictable place
In fact, I actually find it easier to attack. I think it would be easy to verify this if the Germans attacked the same way on most maps, with points that could be inverted and, say, drop allies on the beach.
At least I’m tired of playing endless defense and having trouble with the easiest BP task “capture one point”
Hopefully on the new maps will be able to attack for the Axis, as well as on some of the old this opportunity will eventually appear.
Atleast its more fun attack. Personally i would like if every map could be played to ‘both ways’ even it woulnt make sense that germans assault from sea at d-day. Would make axis lot more fun
That endless defence is just so BORING. Biggest reason to NOT play axis at normandy. Its same in berlin.
And that capture point task should be changed to Capture or Kill X amount in cap zone or something, its just stupid that otherside cant complete main battletask and its really frustrating in normandy/berlin for obvious reason.
Edit: Also people have bad habbit to NOT fallback after point is lost. people who stays near ‘old point’ are typically played out and its just better to not even kill those, that way there is less defenders in point.
Offcourse its pretty tempting to get kills but defenders would benefit more if those players died quickly so they couls just spawn right to next def point and possibly start building rallys

despite my best efforts being always on top in the leaderboard, you have to realize that not everyone is " good " and many times germany gets bots due to people leaving.
like, the german playerbase is quite often brainless ( not to be offencive of course ) and as you can see the in the forum, they are the ones always complaining for nerfs the opponents and buff their main nation.
this usually happens with all nations, but with germany, a bit more.
in normandy, and just like berlin, ( or i should say in the game entirely ) there are many asymetrical options ( examples, smgs, machienguns, vehicles, aircrafts ) and yada yada yada.
the only way to win, is through coordination. something that clearly is lacking.
so your only options are, find someone who plays in a team or find a community to play with more people and have coordination.
for the rest, you can’t really relay on randoms.
in normandy, it is easier to attack.
especially when you have secondary objectives, and incredible breakthrough tank, and powerfulls airplanes.
objectively speaking, the End tier american equipment is far superior to the germans one ( until the panther and the stg will be added )
but this as you can show your self, does not mean germans cannot pull out a fight.
although, keep in mind that it’s somewhat historical accurate if germany lose
at this point, it’s normal losing i suppose. although it ain’t your fault. you are not doing anything wrong.
They are definitely the contents of the next major update Some ppl have already found their respective squad picture.

the dev blogs have not announced anything like this and as I can see from the dev blogs the next major update will be focused on quality of life, moreover the same keofox said that the new levels for the old campaigns will come later, even if there are icons of the squad or weapons in the game files this does not mean that they arrive with the new major update

It would be fun if they make counter attack from inland to the sea.
Now Axis only got Le Bre as attacker, but from the same side as Allies do, why not make that also a reverse direction of attack.
