I am exclusively a Normandy Axis player.
I decided to ask you guys on this forum about what is going on in this campaign.
Allies literally never have someone who is “Major” rank or above. Per game, there is maybe 1 or 2 players who actually play like human beings. All others just wander around the map until they get killed.
I have seen countless times in team chat that my teammates say that we are playing vs bots. And not in a derogative sense, a lot of people really believe that Gaijin is populating the Allies team with literal bots.
I have 77% win rate, and most of the games really feel like we are playing vs bots.
Does anyone have an explanation? Is Gaijin really populating the Allies with bots?
well, I can say that back then, there was a time where Normandy Allies won all the time. Now, the tides have turned for what ever reason in fact, I think that’s how enlisted essentially works. Sometimes one side is populated like hell and the other side is full of bots, while other times it’s the exact opposite
Unpopular sides are filled with bots, especially during off-time. Some newbies are present as well, but most experienced players switch to the more populated side over time. Sometimes it flips around and fairly quickly the unpopular side becomes popular, but the heavy imbalance remains.
There are those who resist this, however in general people want easy wins and there’s an easy way to get them by forcing basically PvE matches.
P.S. Ranks mean very little as far as bots are concenrned. Bots can be very high ranking as well. They’ll still use default equipment, though.
In most cases the side with better equipment will have more player. Back in the day Normandy Allies win most of the time because they have better equipment like Jumbo. But when Tunisia campaign release, Normandy Axis received 3 powerful equipment: panzerfaust, MP43/1 and Panther. In the other hand Normandy Allies receive M1 bazooka, M1A1 thomson, and M10. The equipment that Allied received are worse than Axis counterpart. In result many Allies player rush to Tunisia to play the new campaign while many Axis player rush to Normandy to get those good equipment. This also cause Tunisia being dominated by Allies player, until recently the tides change(Possibly because of most Allies player rush to Pacific.).
Well once in a while I decide to finally unlock that level 10, so I launch a Normandy Allies game, I am the only human player on the team and against me there’s usually a 4-marshals stack with names like Incognito1488 (random numbers, right? ) or something about NSDAP/SS and they are “exclusively Normandy Axis players”, they spawn-wreck me on the beach with Tigers, STGs, FG-42s, and Ju-188s.
So I just leave and never play Normandy Allies again.
You can very easily check if players are bots after a match by searching to add them as a friend. The reality is that Normandy Allies is a massively popular choice for brand new players who saw ads for the game on history youtube videos.
Yeah it’s quite strange if you’ve been playing Normandy long enough there was a period where the allies were the vastly more powerful faction. That changed in later updates when the Germans started getting better equipment, MP43, Panther…
I find that getting into games with high ranking players heavily depends on the time and server you are taking part in
Then you see tank battles with Tiger fighting Stuarts, Scotts and M4A2 Shermans. Also Normandy is the only campaign to enjoy late war Axis equipment without facing constant spam of PPSh and T-34s see how Tigers can dominate the entire campaign as a whole since not everyone knows how to fly well.
Normandy beach maps in a nutshell with 2 Tigers bombarding the beach from the hills along with a JU-188 supported by infantry with STGs, FG42s and MG42s.
I’m sorry, but can we stop with this ridiculous “just play with a full stack all the time” excuse? This is hardly the right game for such an attitude. Yes it works, but it shouldn’t be something you MUST do to make the game at all playable.
I could accept that being a requirement in a much more serious game where you can expect to have to do that. With Enlisted there are no indications of that until you get rekt repeatedly by other full stacks while having bots for team mates.
Ist normal,if 1000 people want play axis normandy and only 100 want play allies normandy, you cant expect someone do a magical trick and make team 500 vs 500, is called playerbase preference something always people forgot
But this is not only Normandy Axis exclusive, this is how this works for entire game.
Playing with premades is not a valid solution, especially when talking about new players.
