Don’t get me wrong I’m German main myself, but German SMG is decent as it is. German BR3 should get buffed sure, but probably on rifles etc, not SMGs.

It’s a bit late since the Suomi has just been announced but maybe as BR4 or an Italian team we could have the Swiss MP 43/44 used by Italy
