New Panzerfausts in Research Tree

Germany should receive the rest of the standard Panzerfausts in the Research Tree

Panzerfaust 30 Klein or Faustpatrone, the first production model, 140mm pen

Panzerfaust 30, the improved version with a larger warhead and predecessor of all future models, 200mm pen

Panzerfaust 150, the last model to be produced and have limited service, 280mm pen

Faustpatrone yes, the others are not necessary

It would be reaaaallly hard to balance them in the tech tree, considering German AT is so good that they gave it to every other faction

For history they should be added. It adds variety to our weapon choices

I’ve heard a few thousand were produced. Either way it was the last official model. The 250 was a total blueprint

We don’t need more options, Faustpatrone is the only one necessary, nobody will use the Panzersfaust 30 instead of the Panzersfaust 60 in BR3 and the Panzersfaust 150 is not necessary because the Panzersfaust 100 and Ofenrohr can easily penetrate any allied tank.

ā€œOptionsā€ literally are the lifeblood of this game. So much content in this game could be seen as ā€œfillerā€. How many guns and vehicles in game are minimly different and yet here they are. The SVT 38 and 40, Stgs, FGs, various Panzers, etc

First I do think the Panzeraust 60 could be moved to BR 4 and thus the 30 would fit in BR 3

But the Panzersfaust 30 has less range than the Panzersfaust 60, so it doesn’t make sense to use it in the BR3.

Panzersfaust 100 and Ofenrohr are great in BR4 and nobody will use the Panzersfaust 60 instead of one of them.

by the last year of the war half the tanks built did not reach the front

Thank you for your post. Id be open to at least some of these being added.

If I recall correctly in Raiders of the Lost Ark Indiana Jones uses an RPG 7 that was supposed to be a Panzerfaust 150 (even though that too would be completely incorrect for 1936)

Then the Panzerfaust 30 could be foldered with the 60. Like most things in the RT you just have to use what you have for the until you unlock something better

Also, while most players don’t care, I’m the kind of player who likes a little historical immersion and I base my loadouts arouund specific years of the war so I would appreciate having more things to play with. The Panzerfaust 30 would help fill my 1943 niche

Just ignore him, Panzersfaust 150 is not necessary

A Panzerfaust 30 at BR2 would be ridiculous, unless they made it a onetime use weapon like in real life.

I think it could work as an event weapon similar to the Stinger, too good to be added to the tech tree so the solution is to constrain the amount of them that a given person could have

It will when the IS-3 is eventually added

In the future Could be TT but for now the Panzersfaust 100 can easily destroy Allied tanks if the Allies acquire a tank that the Panzersfaust 100 cannot penetrate frontally the Panzersfaust 150 can be added

I mean I don’t think it should be added to the tech tree, the Panzerfaust 100 is plenty effective. The only tanks that can stop it frontally are the Super Pershing and the Tiger IIs, but even they have weakspots if you care to aim with your Panzerfaust.

Did you read what I said?
