Well since Japan don’t have BR II Ground Attacker I think this is the most balanced BR II ground attacker the other option is Ki-45 Hei. But this one is closer to the lighting since it will have comparable payload while the Ki-45 Hei payload is a bit too big and also in BR III they can add Ki 102 B variant .

The Ki 102 B variant have very good payload options and will be ideal for BR III while the Ki 102 a will be ideal for BR II and will save development time since they are very similar just the nose guns is different:
Very similar to the A variant but it has 57 MM cannon on the place of the 37 mm and it have even more payload options including 4 x 100 kg bombs or 2x250 kg bombs or 1x800 kg bomb so for BR III is the perfect Ground attacker since it has many payload options. This two ground attackers will be easy to implement and will save Japan at BR II and BR III.
They can put them in a higher BR if they are too good but I doubt that since they have very limited ammo and have the Japanese paper engines. But since they have a lot of payload options after implementing them if they are too good they can be put higher in BR with bigger bombs thats why I picked them since they have a lot of payload options and Japan in general have weaker tanks so good air force is a must. Japanese tanks are not even comparable to the allies so strong air force will balance the faction.
But lacks the capabilities of Ki-100 none of them is BR IV since BF 110 is BR III same like the Mosquito and they are worse then this aircrafts. They Ki 102 B is exactly BR III and Ki 102 A depending on the payload is BR II or BR III.
No its not neither in war thunder neither will be here depending on the version of BF-110 but its very comparable ot BF-110 and there is BF -110 that is BR II and there is BR III only one BF-110 is BR IV since it has rockets.
No you cant look at the stat card P-38J-15 in war thunder has Turn time
21.5 s Ki 102 Otsu has 24.5 s so here P-38J-15 has turn time of 18.19 so Ki 102 will have something like 18.43 the If not even 19+ . So the ki 102 cant have better turn then P-51D or P-38. So the Ki 102 is very similar to BF 110 when it comes to turn and performance and its much worse then the Bf 110 G-2 that is BR IV so really it has no business in BR IV.

Well they must implement the plane and only after this it can be moved to a different BR however since its very similar to BF 110 is BR II/BR III depending on the payload it cant be BR IV since it has no rockets.
BF-110 F-2 in war thunder is rated to have only 10.9m/s rate of climb
BF-110 G-2 in war thunder is rated to have only 13.1m/s rate of climb
Rate of climb is important for acceleration and how plane behaves during turns (maintaining speed)
Ki-102 in war thunder is rated to have 19.5m/s rate of climb and also has much better back gunner (12.7mm) compared to 7,92mm on BF-110’s.
Ki-102 is actually faster and does turn better and 57mm HE will rip shreds on top of the 2x 250kg bombs.
Well this is not warthunder you can check there stats here im telling you the plane after being implemented will be very similar in performance with BF-110. BF-110 G2 will be much better just like in war thunder is Better.
57 mm cannon have very limited ammo and the bombs depends will they be 2x250 or 4x100 kg. But it cant compare to BR IV ground attackers since it has no rockets as I said so its a BR III no matter how you look at it.

7938 / 3180 = 2.496kg is carried by each horsepower
Ki-102 not only has much lower wing loading than P-38J, even its power to weight ratio is better.
Honestly this thing is better CAS plane than Me-410B-1, a BR V plane that should be BR IV
But you are comparing plane stats as some pure value they dont matter if you dont have payload and in this game planes with good rockets are put higher in BR for a reason since they can make more kills and clear points which is much more useful, P-39J in war thunder is better and here will be better even more since its infantry game and rockets give you more kills. Ki-83 is BR IV is it amazing well no there is planes that it can destroy without a problem and yet they make more kills since they have better payload.
you are living in some fantasy world lets implement it first and then we shall see is it superior … im telling you tis BF 110 for Japan. In war thunder sucks and here will suck even more.
its only 3.3 because people only play it troll with the 57mm cannon but its low velocity which makes it hard to aim so they dont get as much kills.
