Well here Ki-102 will have turn rate 19+ even on my stat card im very generous with it but really the turn rate will be 19+ im 100% sure since I have seen how other planes are implemented. Specially for the B variant the A variant will have slightly better stats.

ive played war thunder since 2013… so trust me when i tell you the Ki-102 outturns the BF-110’s like super easy clap and even P-38J stands no chance.
And you obviously cant put the plane in the right BR Ki 102 has no place in BR IV.
KI-102 Otsu at BR III would be a power creep in all honesty…
2x 250kg bombs… 57mm cannon with 310g TNT and 2x 20mm cannons also in the nose as back up with 400 rounds. 12.7mm powrful back gunner and very good flight performance compared to all other twin engine planes.
To me… Ki-45 Hei with 2x 250kg bombs is more of a BR III plane
Well Japan have much much worse tanks then all other factions so get over it. There is no power creep here.

The thing that annoys me the most tho that they did to Chi-Nu II , Chi-To , Na-To and Chi-Ri is the fact they were given Type 90 sharp nose HE shell with only 490g of TNT instead of the standard Type 90 HE shell with 900g of TNT

Thats why the only option to save Japan is to give them good air force since they will have much worse tanks then the other factions. M4 Sherman will always be better then Chi Nu and the KV will be better then Chi Nu since they are better tanks. Japan cant compare with tanks. If you wanna play a tanker play Germany.

its 75mm Type 90 HE shell has as much TNT as Tiger 1’s 88mm HE shell.
Its not OP you can kill this plane with the allies planes P-38 will still be better air to air and better against infantry while Ki 102 will be better against tanks. You have many planes that can kill it even on BR II.
