I have seen it in a museum and there is a lot of info about this gun.
Also poll gets a positive feedback from community and there is no reason not to add such a sweet gun asap

The community seems quite hesitant to add weak SFR to anything other than BR5.
A full auto 10 rounder one hit kill rifle with stripper clip reloads has a massive drawback to its big firepower, yes, but in general, should we consider giving other BRs full auto rifles then we should probably do BR4 first to try things out, and a 10 round clip reload Fedorov would feel quite worthless in BR4.

Oh yikes, but it would be stronger than g41. Even the mauser mkb 42 event assault weapon with 20 rounds at tier 4 does less alpha damage than Fedorov.
Tier 4 would be more realistic placement for it, otherwise ppl complain
