It has long been suggested that new AA guns be added to deal with higher BR planes, similar to how we get better AT guns at BR3. I want to present a good option for each nation as a starting point.
Soviet 25mm 94-K
The 94-K pairs two 25mm 72-K barrels on the same mount. Both cannons firing together would match the rate of fire of the existing 20mm cannons.

Allies 40mm Bofors
The Bofors upgrades the 20mm Oerlikon to a huge 40mm barrel. The fire rate is quite low, so the damage would need to be adjusted upwards to compensate. It’s a more extreme version of how the current 25mm Soviet 72-K compares to the other 20mm AA cannons. A single well-aimed shot should take down any plane.

German 20mm Flakzwilling
The Flakzwilling combines two 20mm FlaK38 cannons. Double the barrels, double the fun!
Japanese 20mm Type 4
The Type 4 designation was given to the configuration of 20mm Type 98 barrels on the same mount. Simple but effective.
Here are the stats of the existing AA weapons and proposals.
