The Fedorov rifle 1912 has been in the game for a while now, and it has disrupted the balance of BR 2 TT semi automatic rifles due to its high damage of 15.3 while also having a reload speed below 3 seconds. The KoKo rifle shares this issue, with the Fedorov 1912 having a reload speed of 2.6 seconds and the KoKo having a reload speed of 2.9 seconds.
I suggest nerfing both rifles:
Fedorov rifle 1912: Increase reload speed from 2.6 seconds to 3.2 seconds.
KoKo rifle: Increase reload speed from 2.9 seconds to 3.3 seconds.
Should both Fedorov 1912 and KoKo rifle get their reload speed nerfed?

Compared to other high damage semi auto rifles:
SKS-31 - 4 sec. reload
Pavesi M42 - 3.4 sec. reload
Liu rifle - 3.2 sec. reload
At the very least, the greatest downside of the Fedorov Rifle 1912 is the poor visual field of view when aiming down sights, and any increase to reload speed should only come after that ADS visibility issue has been fixed.
Suppose compared with the type hei BR2 and the Armaguerra it’s a fair chunk better in terms of DPS but I think buffing the other BR2 guns which are worse is a better solution. Something like the type hei at BR 2 needs significant buffs that borders on unplayable.
These two rifles are absolutely terrible to use on console; if someone kills you with one, it’s literally just because they left the bot firing and one of the bullets hit you in the head. otherwise, it’s nothing but hitmarkers.
Something like the type otsu has smooth handling and is a good gun something along similar lines isn’t impossible. Damage would help for sure but I think a combo of stats is what makes or breaks a gun and good sights of course.
I hear you about white markers but I like it still it has good sights and handling with semis with a small mag I tend to mag dump anyway so it doesn’t bother me. The Otsu and the Armaguerra have a similar feel to the M1 carbs except with 3x more reloads I don’t think I’ve ever 1 tapped with a body shot with either the Otsu or Armaguerra some damage buffs wouldn’t hurt. What I will say though is being able to aim well with good sights is a big plus and being able to hit follow up shots at a distance thanks to good handling is a big plus IMO.
2.6 secs reload speed is indeed, very fast for a semi-auto rifle having over 15 dmg(I believe it’s the fastest and other high damage rifles are not even close i think?)on BR 2.
