My suggestions for minor premium squad adjustments

It seems like many players are concerned towards the inability to use premium squads to level up normal soldiers. So I want to propose the following:

Either keep the current soldier capacity to 4, or maybe raise it to 5. However:

Allow the 4 premium soldiers to be swapped out for normal soldiers of the same class and give this squad an additional +100% XP gain for said normal soldiers on top of the existing +100% for a total of +200% xp gain.

NOTE: Replacing the premium soldiers in this squad with normal soldiers will result with the premium soldiers moved into reserve! They cannot be used in other squads!

I hope the nay-sayers of the nerfs can agree to this change. It will allow premium squads to go from power-leveling 3 soldiers, to power leveling 4-5 soldiers.

Please keep all discussions civil. “Rant” posts about how premium squads are “useless” will be ignored. If you want to argue that this would still make these squads useless, please do so in a constructive manner. Thank you.

keep it as is. Most CBT players are p2w players but the ones who will arrive in OBT will think that even these fixed squads are OP

I suggest we should actually SEE how these squads perform in OBT and LATER make conclusions

Remove +35% hp and then they may add even 3 soldier slots that are not the same class as premium soldiers (so if it’s presium smg than no smg soldiers can be added).

absolutly a terrible idea.

the only good fix that i can see,

it’s by giving them 1 engy, and perhaps two troopers. in order to be somewhat balanced and effective.

along side coins and others beneficts. but that’s all

This is completely irrelevant to the power level of the squad itself. It will not add any extra flexibility as you are trading premium assaulter for normal assaulter, or premium gunner for normal gunner. It will just give you the utility of letting you train up normal soldiers faster, as has been the intention of the premium squads according to many of the nay-sayers.

I do not see the ability to level 4 normal assaulters at a higher speed as an issue. Again, they are replacing the premium soldiers so in a way it is downgrading the squad as the normal assaulters obviously are not maxed out and thus would be weaker than the premium ones. The normal soldiers would not get the ability to carry the MP41, or anything like that.

Default squads already give +100%, just like the premium squad.
This +100% is premium status on top of the 100% from the maxed out squad for 200% in total.

You want to argue the ability to carry starter rifles or shotguns on the normal assaulters makes them better than carrying MP41s?

I agree assaulters shouldn’t carry more than one weapon

I think I made a suggestion for secondary weapon slot to be removed for most classes

Only works in some situations but like I said before, I want secondary slot to be removed

If you agree they aren’t more powerful, why say you want to “debunk” how replacing premium soldiers with normal soldiers will increase the combat strength of these?

like decard suggested in another post, i think it’s best if you can include personell rather than moving them around like a hat.
( of course not others 3 assaulters. that would be op )

Like I honestly see no reason to dunk on this idea other than to piss off the people who are already pissed off at not being able to power level with premium squads even further than they already are.

It would only be a pay to progress faster system, nothing else.

Well if you can power level 4 soldiers with these, you would be trading a small bit of combat strength in order to level up the rest much faster.

We can always discuss adding troopers to these later if they prove to be underpowered.

i think more of a… training ground way.

premium squads does affect soldiers in it.

i notice that my assaulters were leveling faster along side the prems.

so, it would provide another reason to keep them, rather than dismantle them, or leave them in the reserve.

And that is why I am suggesting to just let us ditch all of the premium soldiers we cannot level, to let us power level normal soldiers?

No. I want you to be able to put them in reserve and replace them with normal soldiers so the normal soldiers can benefit the premium XP boost. I will clarify the OP.
