perhaps i didn’t get well the whole point.
but, still. i don’t think 4 soldiers are enough.
so that’s why they have to stay with the squad along side the premium soldiers.

Or perhaps why not let premium squads have 4 Prem soldiers and two regular troopers. But the soldiers all start from zero level and should be upgraded to level 5. Which means they have to grind for perks like we all do. But bring the guns in line with free weapons. With maybe a bit extra magazine capacity or the starter perk being 15% more ammo carried.
They are advertised to come maxed out. So we cannot remove that aspect from the squads.

This is really good idea. Would make premium squads more useful without making them more powerful
I support this idea as well. As long as we are unable to use premium soldiers elsewhere, we should be able to train soldiers in all of our squads.
But what about premium guns? Will those be locked with their respective premium soldiers or be equipable only by premium squad? I personaly don´t think that making those weapons squad bound instead of the soldier bound would be P2W as it wouldn´t really buff anything on the post-nerf squads, it would only allow them to keep their effectiveness/uniqueness in terms of weaponry even without premium soldiers.
